As a Business Growth Advisor and experienced entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas, Joe Terracina specializes in helping business owners gain control of their operations and scale revenue with little to no additional marketing spend. With a diverse background spanning small business ownership, franchise development, and executive leadership, Joe brings a practical, multifaceted perspective to every coaching relationship. He currently serves as a partner and Area Developer for Massage Heights franchises in Austin, equipping him with real-world, hands-on experience in managing and growing profitable operations.
Prior to launching his advisory practice, Joe spent over six years as a Vice President at Kasasa, leading client management teams and managing major account relationships across the Western Region. His extensive career also includes serving as President of Interface Financial Group Austin, where he provided working capital financing and buyer advisory services, as well as a Vice President in Mesirow Financial’s Private Equity Division. Joe holds an MBA from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business and a BS from Trinity University, combining rigorous strategic acumen with proven execution strategies to help small businesses thrive.
